I often gravitate towards large bold rings with wide bands and traditional cabochons, I can't help it; go big or it's a no go. But in reality I wear small delicate pieces for the most part. The Small Gem rings are a new path I'm embarking on. Smaller pieces, delicate work; but pieces that still carry that solid foundation of rough edges, uneven curves and stacked silver. These little guys remind me of my mother, and the rings she always had (on every finger) that were delicate but solid pieces. Made to be worn alone or stacked, each ring is unique and carries a precious or semi precious gem. This pretty batch is of a Moonstone, a green Tourmaline and a Watermelon Pink Tourmaline, that all shine so bright. They're magical little stones. Handmade, as per usual with a whole lot of love, in my Montreal based studio.
Made with gems measured between 3-6 mm wide and a 4 mm wide Sterling silver, half round band. Sizes for this batch are:
